Diginex Limited sells computer programs that help companies and governments track how they treat the environment and their workers. The business looks like a disaster because the company is losing 8,3$ million a year while only making 2,04$ million in sales. This is like one kid spending 8$ for every 2$ they get for their allowance. The core problem is that the company is being used as a host for insiders to feed on. One contract was even changed by one word so the chairman could buy half the entire company for about the price of a coffee.
