The company is effectively a hollowed-out corporate shell that had to amputate its most profitable organ just to pay back a debt collector. It currently burns through cash faster than it generates revenue surviving only by printing new shares and handing them to insiders for free. The math is a disaster because the business lost 60$ million in a single year while it continues to give away hundreds of thousands of shares to executives who pay 0$. It is like a shop that sells its own shelves to pay for the owner's lunch.
